Don't get me wrong, i'm not saying they are all defect crap... just noticed a few of the new designs coming in w/ some problems.... Oceanic is also the higher class aquarium design, the stands are outragiously attractive... AGA is standard for people not concerned about looks as much as they are...

i use to work in a LFS, and i'll be honest, i was not satisfied with some of the Oceanic tanks that came in. A few times they glass was offset, and the silicone job was awful. I had to send tanks back. Never had that problem with AGA. as yes, they are the same company.

You can always move to Bergen county, probably the most expensive county in the state. A three bedroom apt in my condo goes for 1.2 million :)

I personally like having the MH smaller then the actual tank, gives some areas of shade and dimness where some fish and corals can relax that dont like the intensity of 250watts

i've also heard a well feed trigger, with a mixed diet is well likely to be aggressive, as one which isnt feed well and always on the hunt. In my own experience, i've found blue throats and pink tails to be the safest choice if your set on having triggers

if u reaed the bag it says not for us on aquariums.

there are plenty of place in NYC which is only an hr at most, and they have tons of exp in glass and acrylic, i can get u the numbers to a few good places i've used and recommened to customers

I justed added my store to the list. We primarily did wholesale to metro NYC area, and maint. However we just renovated the retail to be more customer friendly.

I have the power center w/ the built in timer and after about 2 weeks I noticed the timer started to lag and would be on 2hrs after I had it set to turn off.

You should use it in your sump/refg. But a small layer down and cover it w/ sand. Most beneficial way to do it.
