not necessarily... If you look just below the users screen name, some people do not have NJRC Member under it. Non members you might see something like "Large Frag" etc... You can register on the site, then additionally join NJRC too... Tried make an analogy, but it wasn't doing NJRC justice ;D

I've heard some folks use a dollar store soap tray with 2 big old suction cups. Made to suction cup to the side of the sink, and hold soap, sponge etc... Could easily grab one of those, and even add magnets if you wanted to. Might be able to get it high enough depending on frags and tank...

really? Let me know. The thing that scares me is the mass killing of organisms that give off toxins. Time release...now that would be something I'd try, but I'm sure with the ability to become immune...that wouldn't work...
