I've been using ozone for a while now. I've got a Milwaukee pH/ORP controller (SMS125) that switches the Enaly ozone generator, which is connected to my skimmer, on and off. I've got the controller set around 370.
When I first hooked it up I noticed a faint smell of ozone. After a few hours it...
I (will) run a PanWorld 150PS. Same as the BlueLine, and Coralife for that matter. I was a little put off by the wattage as well, but it is the recommended pump for the MRC2.

I guess that means it's my turn.
For those that don't me (and my warped sense of humor) I've been a member of NJRC for the past year and a half or so. Been living in Mercer county with my wife of (WOW! - don't tell her I said that) almost 15 years now. I have three kids, and try not to let them...
I'd love to go through the floor, except there isn't any room in the finished basement. I've thought about it plenty of times, there just isn't any place to put the sumps and equipment.
I've been following the RC thread on quieting down the PanWorld pumps, and will be trying some of the...
Now, now Rich. I told everyone to save their tickets since it was mine, but you guys didn't want to listen. I even told my wife on the way to the party/meeting that we were going home with it!
As for the skimmer and it's performance, I've only tested it using 5 gallons of tank water from a...
No pictures. I've got it temporarily hooked up just to "clean" the oils, and break it in.
Supply pump is a Quiet One, don't remember the model number. Recirculation pump is a PanWorld 150.
I've decided I'm gonna let it run wide open for a day or two, and then try to adjust the air intake...
Thanks Guys. I must have something hooked up wrong since I'm getting large bubbles with the air valves 1/4 turn open. That means they are completely shut, and I turn them 1/4 turn. Something's not right.

OK, now that I have the pumps for this beast, who want to walk me through setting it up? A quick test run shows real big bubbles, and way too much turbulence in the riser.

From what I remember, you bake them in the oven on a cookie sheet. I wanna say 300 for an hour, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
If you have the color changing beads, just make sure they change back to their original color.
