i look them up on reefpedia and they look like berghia nudibranch to me it said they are good at aptasia control but not much other info on them. here is a pic

hi all i was wondering if nudibranch are reef safe? i found about 10 small white frilly nudibranch in my mini reef today and i dont know if they are something new or if i have had them for a while and never noticed. i have not added anything in quite a while and as far a know i did not have...

i just tested the water in my 20 gal (1st time in 3 weeks due to the holidays) and found that the alk and ph have both droped. keep in mind that they have been rock solid for a long time and i cant figure out what happened. could it be the added growth of my stonies that did this? nothing new...

rich, what size tank are we talking about? if you look in the nano(40 gal or less) thread you can see my 20 gal mixed reef my set up uses an aquaclear hang on filter and a hang on prizm skimmer both very cheep in comparison to high-end filters but this system started as a fowlr and then went...

how much rodi do you need per day...if its only a few gallons you could get it at trop for .50c/gal until the valve is delivered hope that helps.........al

thanks dom.....now i just have to get better at photography and get some individual pic of the corals up... my brother in law just got a D300 for his b-day and he said next time he comes over we will get some super clear shots and even some micro shots if we have time. happy reefing......al

a little info on the tank: mixed reef 20 gal high with 130w pc's ( 1 10k & 1 50/50 ) hob aquaclear filter , hob skimmer with carbon added i top off 3cups of kalkwasser mixed at 1tbs to 1 gal rodi daily and water changes of 4 gal once a month. this tank suffered a crash on 2/14/07 due tothe...
