I bought 1 sheet of glass for 13.50 and I got 4 11 7/8 x10 pieces cut... sweet as for the 5" return section... I know that is small... and it's too late..

I went to lowes to pick up some plexi and found out they cut glass! got 4 baffles for $13.50 cut to size!!! I would of used plexiglass because it's easier to work with but the glass was way cheaper, and cut to size

go for #2, #1 would be too cluttered, it's better to hide it under/ side.
