I Love my Poseidon! It's dead silent, runs like a charm - I take it apart to clean it every 2-3 months. It does add about 2 degrees to my tank, but I don't run my heater very often, so it's not really a problem. In the summer I run a small fan across my sump which keeps the temps in line.

My cuce from the Reeftopia buy is doing great. He went from 4" long to just about a foot. Seems to be healthy adn happy. Doesn't seem to mind my cleaner shrimp busily working away on him, either.

I also make my own food - the recipe changes from time to time but it's basically clams, shrimp, oyster, crab, flounder, scallops, nori, mysis, and bloodworms and several cups of water. I chop it all up, rinse it and blend it in my blender until the pieces are pretty small. Some larger pieces...
