salt was mostly reef crystals but i ran out and i have been using instant ocean. used distilled water from walmart, the corals are zoos and they are in my friends tank as of today i tossed a shrimp in to kinda jump start the cycle, will test tomorrow

I simply cannot decide between these two. Both models I am looking at come with CF lighting. Is there anything different between them besides the tank size? If so which one is better, and why?
