    I personally would not recommend drilling while full. What if the panel cracks while you are drilling? Sorry....had to throw that in there. If you are hellbent on doing so, I hope it works out. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

    Welcome back! I'm returning after a very long absence of a few months. LOL I agree about the Hidden Reef's selection of tanks. Shop around though.

    Well? After much deliberation with myself, I went ahead and put up the rifle on a site to fund this tank build. The tank will be either a 58 or a 65. Not sure which yet. Someone offered me a nice and tidy 65 set up complete with tank, stand, plumbing and sump. (which i'm considering)...

    As far as small things to be thankful for at least the medical tent was right there and wasn't part of the explosion so they could quickly respond.

    I had gotten so used to the size of my 75. Maybe I'm subconsciously fighting going with an even smaller set up. hahahaha Not that i have anything against those that keep smaller tanks.

    Well i might have to change the title of this thread. I finally got around to inspecting the glass on this 11 year old tank. Not good. It had a bobo flourecent strip that did not show much scratch wise. I tossed my t5's over it and WOW! I can only imagine how much LED's would bring them...

    I have a question.. Is there any particular reason one wouldn'nt put some form of top on thier overflow to keep them (and other critters) out of it?
