I'd go with something other than the SCWD in that 75 gallon. I just don't think a SCWD would cut it in that size tank with SPS's. Plus, if that is going to be your return pump for your sump too you'd have to take in to account how your skimmer and sump would react to all of that flow going...

I transferred 40 LBS of LR and some live sand from my existing 29 gallon over to a new 70 gallon. Also, I added 70 LBS of new LR and some live sand to the new tank and did not see a cycle. In a week I had added all of the fish and inverts to the new tank with no problems what so ever...
I was in PA all weekend and we had the power out for over 12 hours there. Thank gosh we don't have a fishtank in the cabin there. The only downside was that was the day I bought a new flatscreen TV and we could not watch it that night. BUMMER!!! lol
