Just tested: Ammonia: 0 Nitrite: .1 Probably going to kick up the ammonia back to .5 and let that clear again even though i doubt my clownfish will be creating much waste.

Thanks curt! As of this morning, the levels are as follows. Ammonia: 0.25 Nitrite: 0.25 Nitrate: 10 I think the cycle will probably be done within the next few days.

i added 13ml's of ammonia and my reading is .5ppm should i bring it up to 1 or can i just leave it there? If i leave it at .5 that should be cycled out in a day right??

i havent added any ammonia source. I will try that. About how much ammonia would be enough if i have 140 gallons of water?

i poured in a bottle of bio spira in monday night and have tested ammonia twice a day since then, It has been at O for 4 days now. When would it be safe to add one fish? i was thinking i would put my B+W ocellaris in there first.

No, I used mostly flex PVC. I actually just turned it back on the ball valve and it got significantly quieter.

I actually was able to stop the bubbles. Just switched to one outlet. Now with my overflow, its really loud and about every couple of minutes it seems to gasp for air as if there isn't any water there. It makes a sort of gurgling noise. Does that mean my pump isnt Strong enough or do I just need...
