Jon, Has anything happened with the tank recently that has caused this? I had a wet dry and I removed the bio balls and this caused the water to crash down instead of trickling down and this caused micro bubbles.

I agree with you but the problem is that you don't really know where retailers get their fish from. I mean of course they can say I got it here or there but you really don't know. OK, so maybe I jumped the gun. I think the Annularis was scarred the first few days and his colors were fading around the head area. He is eating a lot better now (formula 2 and mysis) and it looks like he may not have HLLE. I will keep you posted and thank you for the help!
