Well I scrubbed it clean and put some lube on it and low and behold it is no longer leaking!!! I have it filled with water now to leak test it, I gotta go grab some salt and start making more water for it! Thanks for the help guys!!

Okay so I have built my sump (thanks itzju) and I am going to figure out plumbing this week, but I have no idea what size return pump to get. It will be for a 72 gallon bow front with a 55 gallon sump. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! I'm hoping to have water in it by the weekend.
