If it were me, I would go for the frogspawn.
I have a torch, hammer, and frogspawn and have found the frogspawn to be the easiest to care for.
That said, a frogspawn can take up a lot of room as it grows, but they are easy to frag so you can always keep that in check.
A couple of thoughts.
1. You mentioned anenomes (as in plural). I would definitely start with one, and since I am not sure how big your tank is, one may be all you should ever consider. This is highly dependent on species and tank size.

This is my understanding. How much rock do you have them with?
Multiflora need the least LR
Orange/Red need more (somewhere in the 75-100 lbs range)
Blue need a lot of rock (most die due to too little)

If anyone believes corals do not have wars....well they must have a limited breadth of experience with corals.
I have had multiple wars ensue due to turbo snails knocking corals over.
Most are glued down now.
