this is what i would do..... break down the tank but leave enough water to keep the rocks damp have somone hold the livestock for you, and when you are ready for the live stock, have someone ship it to you overnight. good luck, if i can help ya any, let me know. jer

i had a problem with my PH probe giving me a higher than normal reading, overnight, it went way out of wack, to make a long story short, the batteries were low, replaced them and everything has been golden ever since (knock on wood) hope this helps. jer

im no expert, but what i have read is the bio-balls arent too good because they become nitrate factoies, what i have heard as an alternative, is using live rock rubble. i have seen some nice setups, and they are using wet/dry's with bio balls, so maybe what i said about nitrate factories, is...

yeah, i know, but evidentally the LFS owner didnt, what a waste and a mess! that was 15 years ago, this hobby has come along way for somethings, but others not really.
