I was wondering if anybody in the Robbinsville area can lend me a few 5 gallon bucks to move my tank this weekend. And some help if anyone is available

I had just bought a second pump for my tank it's a 75 gal reef tank with lps. I have a mp40 and a mp10 I was wondering if I can get some feed back on how everybody has there tank set up and what settings they have it on.

I have 2 on my 75 10" from the water and I have mine at 68 % i have regular gen 2s

finally I have everything running and setup. Took a bit but after changing plumbing 3 times changing my ATO and going to a mp 40 . Still need a few Tweaks but everything is loving their new home

I'm not disputing that there's going to be wearing on the one side from magnets pull but I'm sure they could've figured out this and have someone manufacture it for them we all know they sell a ton of them

If that's the case why not use a centering bearing that the race contors to the side of bearing too

I'm just saying from experience as a machinist we've replaced our spindle bearings in our Cnc with ceramic balls n at 20k rpm they run quieter then steel. And last a lot longer

Here's my opinion on the bearings they use. I think the use cheep bearings bc they can make more money on replacing a $2 bearing for 100+ . IMO if I were them why wouldn't you want your product to last long not just a couple of years. They do make bearings that can take lateral pull much better...

So I introduced my clown and the torch as of now . The next pieces will be my gonoporia and frogspawn. I'm still trying to figure out where to place the torch.

So I went with one mp 40 now is just finding out where to place and what setting to use
