@ madreefer I also picked up a bucket of the coralife salt mix for like 30$. going to use it to set up my 55 gallon tank (hopefully today) just gotta get to homedepot to get wood to build stand.
hey AJ as expected i got the unit today. the construction quality is very cheap of course lol. but it is working I will work on getting a TDS meter to see if it is actually coming out at 0ppm but so far soo good. i just started it up a 2:40 pm and the "clean" water is flowing into a gallon...
hmm the whole pressure thing scares me now jgraz as I live right near you in trenton. hopefully my water pressure is up to par. guess i will need to get some sort of pressure gauge as well
just wanted to get everybody's opinion on there favorite salt they use. I have always used Instant Ocean brand. Its usually fair priced. But I have never used any other salts so I want to hear what everybody thinks.
Yes she was very upset. SO WAS I! lol but some of the pieces did pull through, in her defense though the bag was wet so it slipped. plus she was holding all of our other winnings and freebies so she was a little over encumbered. Thanks again to everyone great meeting you all and looking forward...

Yes the anemone is in moms tank. I was told its a green bubble tip anemone. Its still getting used to the tank and looks small because most of it is hiding on the back of the rock. I will try and get a better picture. And i would love to attend the meeting I will definitely look into it. Thanks...
