Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Every time you drain and refill the pond you add more contaminants. Turtle are notoriously dirty but You filter will handle it. The algae bloom will pass in time but to keep the water
crystal clear you can add an UV light or water lettuce. Either one works well and the turtle will like to pick...
I'm breaking in a new SRO Diablo XS200 now. Its takes some trial and error. I ended up raising it up an additional 1 1/2"s till it calmed down. After 2 weeks its very steady.
If no one else comes through, I have a 120 tall that I just broke down that you can borrow. I am a distance from you
In Freehold but the offer is there. I am trying to sell it anyway so you can use it till your ready.

I work at one of those big box stores. You don't want to buy this unit. Your better off spending a few bucks more and getting a higher quality unit. AWI makes one thats perfect for splitting between the fridge/icemaker and DI for the tank. I think its under $200 and much better then the unit...
I've used this salt for a year or so now and am happy with it. If you go
Here: http://www.aquavitro.com/support.html they have a support page for it. Is does say
Mixing it for long periods of time reduces the ph and alk.
My wife was against a RO/DI system in the beginning. After I hooked up an AWI RO to the fridge and ice maker she she can't believe how much better the water tastes.
Mine varies. I have a meter plumbed on the intake. I'm making water right now and its 70. Last week it was as high as 180. I know Freehold Twsp has five different sources for water. I guess some are cleaner than others
