It's clam dip. I also made BBQ pulled pork and trying a new recipe for bacon cheese dip. I might do chicken nuggets and fries instead of mac & cheese. I'm not sure yet.

Lowes cuts glass, I think you buy a sheet & they'll cut it to your measurements. I don't remember the price but it was very inexpensive.

Aquatic obsessions stocks FWE. They're about 20-30 minutes north of you.

You should contact your local LFS to see if they can hold the fish for you. An option for the corals might be to donate some of them to the club so that you have less of a bioload to worry about.
