What are you dosing for 2 part? Hand, Doser or Ca reactor?...

I have Carbon, Magnesium Buffer ( from 2 part) , Furan 2 to give away.. Carbon I got from the GB and not using it . I switch to Rox carbon. The carbon is 6 lbs but one guy supposed to pick up the 2 or 3 lbs so I can give away atleast one huge ziplock of carbon or maybe 2... If you interested I...

For me a cheap skimmer.. its saving you money but not going to do the job that it needs to do . I have 2 cheapo skimmer that just sitting on my garage for yrs ;D

Keep us updated with the progress... don't stress out but will tell you to stay away from wild colonies.. they may be cheap but the survival rate is not as good as Aquaculture pieces.. good luck

I also read that you got in from LA DDen.. so was it maricultured or in SPS ( also wild) . your salinity is also 1.023 which is a bit low as some sps keepers keep em on 1.025-1.026. I keep mine on 1.026 :)

Thanks Bill.. I also wanted to try the TMPRo but me doing 20g a week water change will cost me a fortune. i have read some good stuff on seachem so I went ahead and tried it . So far its doing great for me.

I know this is not related to your topic but I used RC for yrs and recently switch to Seachem Reef ( now almost 3 months ) and much happier with it and only 10.00 more on RC which is not bad...
