Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Have you tried a coat hanger? You may be able to get it with that, plus you can bend it to get around rocks. You can also use the rod off of venetian blinds, tape a magnet on it, and see if you can reach it with that. I have a 4 yr old, so I know how things seem to just fall in the tank, lol...

I have a HOB overflow and it works well. The only draw back for me, imo, is that it takes up room, can't put the tank closer to the wall. Other than that it's ok. If you would prefer to have a drilled tank, then it would mean buying another than just to hold the fish/coral. I don't know...
