You think a 600watt MH would be over kill on a 75 gallon tank? I have one from my hydroponics systems i no longer use and figured it could light up my system, but i know it would sky rock my water temp and dont know if i could afford a chiller right now. So maybe it might be for sale soon

Yea im just getting into this hobby and quickly learning it is expensive and you must be very patient ;D or else you will end up wasting lost of money and time. Don't forget about all the testing kits you will need also along with some nice live sand

yea i like ocean aquarium, that's where i have gotten all my cichlids. They have been around for i think 14 years now. I just can not wait to start shopping for fish! not saying i dont have a wish list already

Thanks! have you had any experience with ordering fish or coral online? I love to support LFS but you can not beat the selection and sometimes savings. Just i know how delicate coral is and to ship it sounds like im asking to kill it. But it is summer still so that should keep them warm. ahhh...
