I have a medium size lump of GSP and a huge Kenya tree in the same tank with no problems ever. The only thing that seems to be acting wierd now is a Finger Leather.

lol those things put alot of flow out. i use the same model in my 220 but you just need to take the time (pita) to poin tthem right so it doesn't blow the bottom away

sorry i should have been more clear. do they grow heads on their butt basically? imagine a single head of duncan and looking at its mouth there is a small duncan looking thing growing on the opposite side

i have a single head of duncan from mr coral and i have it under 400Watt MH. how Do they make new heads? I had it stuck in a hole but when i moved it i noticed what looks like another head on the bottom. needless to say imconfused.

i did find it in the rock he went into when put in the tank.. cannot find the sleeper goby and the diadema is dead.. Baby clown was missing so i happened to look at the overflows and there was a slight gap on the corner. so i found the hippo in the overflow and the clown in the filter sock

yea i had about 10 calls this morning of people asking what was going on. heard an explosion but apparently nothing happened. we're surrounded by refineries,chemical plants,power plants including the Nuclear plant

after removing 300lbs or so of rock (again) i found no hippo only what may be remains.. i also found no orange sleeper goby and somehow my diadema squeezed into a rock that i didnt see and is no longer with us.. I let the sailfin back to the main tank since i was told that hes a keeper now...

finally i got to adding rock and re-scraping the 220. We have 3 MIA 1 baby hippo, 1 sleeper goby and 1 Tigertail Cucumber. we're going to rip the tank apart to search for these guys, noone gets left behind. all indications is they are alive but nowhere to be found or stuck where ever they were...

nope your not misunderstanding the comment. people actually throwing it away after two weeks b/c they didnt use the whole bar.. people are out of their minds i guess

I use the Frozen. most people throw theirs away after a week or so but my fish still love it.

sounds like they are retracted.. your seeing the skeleton of the coral and usually a thin flesh covers them.. if you handle them too rough you will prob kill the whole head but since they grow independently if you kill one the others aren't affected.

if you have a boxer dont get a electric fence theres no point.. boxers are very smart and realize once they get past the shock line it no longer gets shocked so they make a running leap and never look back. when they do come back they wont come in the yard though :P Grandfather used to breed...
