The problem with filling it up and mixing in the tank is that I wont be able to mortar my rock. I want to see how it fits in the tank, then mortar it. I was thinking I would put rock and sand in then just pump the water in.
I believe that i am close enough to setting up the tank that it is time for me to start this thread. I am so excited just to get this going and can not wait to get the ball rolling. i plan to set it up next weekend, and might need some help in doing that, being that i do not have anything to mix...
Yes, i remember hearing about that. it is unfortunate that they had to kill it however im sure there are more, if the shark is 500meters down we dont often see them.
I was shocked to see that they found a new species. certainly seems cool.

I have noticed via twitter and facebook of this movement Kony 2012. i see it as a good way to get word out for something terrible happening in the world. Joseph Kony is a ugandan leader of the L.R.A which is notorious for kidnapping, and massacring children by the masses. These helpless children...
Yes definitely! actually, i have yet to see them, they are quite elusive. but i do notice a new cave daily so i can tell they are just trying to find a home. I think its time to start a build thread. Am i right?
yes. that is 100 pounds. Apparently the big piece is about 30-40 pounds because he said he might have to make a custom shipping crate for it. i love the look. the possibilities are endless with coral placement..
When i talked to steven on wednesday he said he would without a doubt finish it the next day and send me pics. unfortunately i have not heard from him. i really hopes he sends pictures soon, i want the rock here by next weekend so i can set up. i will need to start a build thread soon
yes, he seemed to just keep talking. he explained to me how it was going to take some time because he has been finding perfect pieces and he just kept explaining. i think the result will be good though.
Just talked to steven from reef rocks. he said the aquascape is looking really good and he thinks i will like it. He said i should be expecting pics soon. I cant wait to see what it looks like. It sounds like he put some work into it.
It will be set up for a few months while the new tank is set up. that would be a good idea. maybe i will keep one of each type of coral and see if he picks on them.
i wish the flame angelfish was reef safe.. i am so tempted to put one in my new 90. i dont know if any other angels would work in the tank, i do love the flame though.
I am in need of an MP40 for circulation in my new tank. It can be the ES version however it does not need to be. I am fine with it as long as it is capable of being upgraded. i would even go with an Mp60 if the price is right. Please let me know what you have.
Thanks,
Nate
