I read in an article that frozen food has high amounts of phosphates, and that it should be rinse before you feed your tank. It will be interesting to test some of the frozen foods to see how true this is.
I did start using phosphate media 1 month prior changing my power heads, But like I mentioned before I didn't see anything working until I got more water flow and making sure it was hitting the spots were I was getting the red slime.
I was having the same problem, nothing that I did was getting rid of it till I change my power heads from 2 maxijets 1200 and a seio 820 to 2 Koralia 4. The only assumption I could make is that I just need it more water flow. now all the red slime is gone from my main tank and only get it in my...

What should I do? I woke up this morning and when I went to look at my tank I notice the water was foggy, I checked all the water parameters and everthing is normal. Fish and corals are acting normal and moving like nothing is wrong. Should I wait to see if it clears up? water change?
Rehype,
Thanks for the feedback. I'm actually looking to find a deal on a MRC reactor. I Have about 80g of total water volume and I will be upgrating to a 120 tank sometime in the near future, so is best if I invest my money in a reactor that I will be able to use on that tank.
I found this every interesting video in how to frag different species of corals. Is a very long video to download for those who still on dialup. I believe you could save the video to your pc if you right click over the link and then click on save target as.
