It is normal for it to deflate during intial acclimation. They like a plastic bag full of water at some point during the first days of accimation it will purge all of the water and refill. If your water is not ideal when it refills it may get sick. Watch for the mouth to stay open or gaping...

Add some snails to the mix along with some Oar Grass. Im going to see if i can use up nutrients in the sand bed by have two planted areas of this grass.
