Dave everythings good, PC's are around 6 months i though,thats why i said i went longer then i should have. well i'm going to get some and see what happens maybe i can fix the on/off switch too :P

Thanks, I think 50/50's would be cool the attinc makes my room dark blue ::) What else could the algae be from i though you started getting algae on your sand when you need to replace them. I guess i'll try that and if not i'll try and figure out whats wrong.

Well the last day or two I've noticed brown algae on my sand. I've never had this happen so i figured it's probably time to change my bulbs? I've had them since i started my reef so about Oct which i think is a lot longer then i should of went with PC. any thoughts? Which bulbs should i go with...

Well i think we're going to the beach this weekend and the place we're going has a pretty cool mountain of live rock from the shore out about 20ft and a few years ago our first summer here i remember picking up crabs and inverts. I was just wondering what are the laws is it legal to keep...

Wait the emerald is eating stuff off the belly of the snail? I've seen mine eat algae off the shell of the snail but never the belly... i would keep an eye out.

If Animal crackers is close i would go there. It's the same as bottle water but in 1g jugs. I finally sat down and figured out that if i get a RO/DI unit it'll pay for it's self pretty fast! and thats on my 20g ::)

Thanks dude, Those are some pretty cool mantis shrimps but are a little over priced plus if i remember right the Zebra needs 6"+ DSB because it digs holes and i can't keep a peacock because i don't have a spare 30g acrylic tank lol but thanks!
