i have 4 hydor koralia 4's in my 180g. those 4 plus the return pump & the return from my canister filter give me about 6000+ gph. i have nothing but good things to say about the koralia's.
man that is going to get old real quick. RO/DI units have come down a lot i n price, it will pay for itself before you know it, compared to 50 cents a gallon that is.
but my advice on a RO/DI unit would be buy a good one! otherwise, like everything else in this hobby, you'll end up replacing...
ok, thanks for the insight. i have a couple other small anemomes that came with TBS shipment yesterday, i'll have to find out there species. but again, they are from the atlantic so..........
gotcha, well i am not adding anything else to my tank for a while. gonna take it SLOW and just try to keep everything that is already in there alive! but i will probably add some shrooms later on down the road.
i am in sayreville. i am using a Red Sea PO4 test kit and getting a reading of 0. i am using Kent Phosphate sponge in my canister. but i am also getting a reading of 0 for my RODI before mixing it with salt.

i was planning on getting a nem later on down the road for my 180g that i started about 6 weeks ago, but when i recv my final shipment of LR from Richard at Tampa Bay Saltwater yesterday, he included six nems! 2 white condy's, 2 blue condy's, and two green nems (not sure what kind). water...
The LR was from Tampa FL. The corals and anmemoe's were shipped seperate from the LR, each in its own bag of water. They are all very much alive. I drip acclimated them for about 4 hours before adding them to the display tank.
