    I have plenty of nitrates and have been carbon dosing. It definitely has been pulling out the good stuff just seeing if I can maximize production

    I thought it might force some more air in maybe making more smaller bubbles other than bigger ones. But the tube to the pump is only one size so I guess not. I do all the adjustment by the gate valve.

    So I keep both inlets open to let more air in... or at least I assume that's how it works... I have been trying to get a better wet skim. My water/bubble transition is currently at bottom of collection cup. If I can close one of the inlets, other that my skimmer being quieter, would I have more...

    Well I'll send a pic of my lobo later when my lights turn on, they look completely different. I will add the the poll later too. It is definitely under stress it looked even worse at the lfs. It is slowly looking better in my tank.

    Was sold as a ultra green logo, could it be a wellso/trach?? Not a bad buy for $24, has some damages but I think it will heal in time. I'll trty to post another pic tomorrow when it not hungry.

    I agree it does work well. Haven't seen real reduction in nitrates yet, my lack of wet skimming, and cheap bacteria but all coral in tank is happier then ever. I also saw the same post you did Paul.
