I have found that more than any factor, stability is the key to maintaining healthy sps. I don't think you need and ultra clean tank with no po4 an no3, just a stable one.

I have 2 sol blues over my 75 and have them about 12 inches of the water. These things are powerful. acclimate slowly. I'm thinking about getting the vega kits for them. I had them for a year and love them as do my corals.

How's the alk issue working out?

You are going to love the pumps. I have a 10 and 40 on my mixed 75. They put out an incredible amount of flow. Best money I've spent on my tank buy far. If you really want to make your coral happy I can also recommend the tunze nano wavebox. I run one of these also.

Small sum fan and Ac. I Keep the ac at 76 during the day. With the sump fan my tank stays as a rock solid 78.6. Without it I'm up to 81.8. I strt running the fan around mid may and stop in october. Works great and way less expensive than a chiller. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
