    BIG bristleworms

Thanks so much - all of you. I can see it already: Tonight I'm purposely going to place a piece of "meat" in front of the rock where Mr. Bristle went to hide. Then I'll sit there with my night LEDs AND my red flashlight watching him eat it. ;D You sure all put my mind at ease. Thanks again so...

    BIG bristleworms

Thanks so much for the quick repsonse, Albi. :) So I needn't worry that those big guys harm any zoos that are on the substrate? --- Wendy

    BIG bristleworms

When I saw my first tiny bristleworm many months ago it didn't bother me much since I read that they are harmless when small. Last night I saw 2 rather big ones, my guess would be around 6" or so when fully stretched out. This morning one of the big ones was still out, and I tried grabbing him...

Phyl, I'm sorry. I made a boo-boo. I sent the pic, but of course I "overlooked" the high resolution/high quality part. :-[ I'll try again in a little while. --- Wendy

Thank you Tom, Jf2381, and Steve. Tom, every time I think I want to start "saving up" for a bigger tank I see a coral I really REALLY have to have. :o But you're right, sooner or later I will run out of room, and at the rate I'm going, it's gonna be rather sooner. ;) Wow Steve, what a gorgeous...

Thank you both, Merv and Greg. :) I think it's time to slow down now and let things grow a bit. Well, AFTER the frag swap, of course. ;) --- Wendy

Would like help in fragging/cutting my fancy Toadstool

Thank you all so much. :) Please don't laugh now. I had everything ready: paper towels, bowl, brand new razor, rubble and rubber bands. I CHICKENED OUT! :-[ What is wrong with me??? The only softy I've ever fragged was a blue-striped mushroom, and that scared the living heck out of me because...

Hi everyone, Here are some pictures I (attempted) to take of some of my SPS. Unidentified Acro Teal Acro (doing really well, thanks again, Greg) Scripps Staghorn (pretty new still) Rose Milli (MikeM, that thing is a knockout!) Purple Nana (encrusting nicely, Ralph, remember how tiny it...

Even though I already posted a pic of the entire tank, I did tons of rearranging and moving around over the past few days, so I thought I'd share an updated picture of the end result. (I had to make room for the frags I'll be getting at the swap ;D) --- Wendy

Would like help in fragging/cutting my fancy Toadstool

Thanks, Deb. I'll be able to take it out and do it out of the water, but I'm honest when I say I'll be shaking like a leaf when I cut into it. Do I have to take some of the foot off as well? --- Wendy

Would like help in fragging/cutting my fancy Toadstool

Some months ago I bought a fancy Toadstool, which has quickly more than quadrupled in size. :o I would like to know how to frag it/cut it. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks so much. --- Wendy
