Good video but I'm still lost. To calibrate it, the red dial only turns 4 clicks and my temp is off by over 5° so I can't calibrate to what its supposed to be

I agree with it always being in a fish too. People are always saying to let a tank go hypo for several weeks so I was just curious if people thought it was gone or not.

Different topic but I hear ya. I just meant since I had ICH in this tank, and its been running empty for the past 6 weeks, is it finally gone?

I don't understand it at all tho. I just turned the blue dial down to 73 and it finally turned off... How in the world can my tank be reading 81° and my heater doesn't turn off?!?!?!

I am so confused by this heater its not even funny. The instructions don't tell you anything but how to read in 10 different languages.

The blue circle spins around and the arrow stays in place but what I'm asking is. Where the arrow is pointing, shouldn't that be the temp?

K this isn't exactly an emergency but I'd like an immediate answer if possible. the arrow on the top is the set indicator right? I had it set to 78° and all of a sudden my tank is 83° and the heater is still on! I turned it off completely for now but is this heater bad or am I just reading it...

Well, had to buy a new heater already. I had a tetra in there that's preset to 78° but struggled to keep the tank at 74°… went out and bought a 50w jager heater and were good to go again :)

Little update. To make life easier for me, I've decided I'm not gonna break this tank down 100%. I just realized I don't need to. Here's what I'm going to do. My main problem is where the overflow pipes come down inside the stand, they're "leaning" against the corner braces of the stand and...
