It's funny ( not funny) how fish/ inverts behave differently in different tanks/ environments- the MM never even looked at aiptasia in my tank, but is most certainly the culprit that ate @Lovefish77 black widow and rock flower nems. I have an emerald crab in my 75- haven't seen it in over a...
So now it's a fish to be careful of, I traded one to a fellow reefer and it has eaten his nems- I don't have any nems, but while I had it it didn't eat any aiptasia, only algae taste buds i guess
Got my first for bubble algae control- never made a difference in my 13g- added a couple to my 75g just in case, they just threw frags around. A fellow reefer thought that one might have killed some of his bottom dwelling fish, now another that i just traded a Molly Miller Blenny to bought some...
The one with the red leaf- lower left is an Oxalis- great indoor plant for medium light, the heart shaped leaves are a caladium- both the Caladium and Oxalis can be dug and the tubers can be stored in a cool room and replanted in the Spring
Not familiar with that type, but I like sponges- when I first saw pineapple sponges along with spirorbid worms in my sump I knew I was doing something right. The 'roots' came later, but still weren't a problem at first. They were only in the sump, then I found them on rocks in the DT- still ok(...
I have dual in tank sumps in my 75g, cheato in the middle chamber on one end and a small skimmer in the other, both have identical return pumps, Noticed recently the the return on one end was almost running dry, even with additional topoffs. took a look ( not easy- much stuff stored in the...
$100, pickup in Chester NJ, can meet locally, willing to trade. Will be at Sealevel tomorrow 11/05/22 at 1pm- message me if interested.
Also Have a yellow watchman goby and green chromis for sale or trade
My Molly Millers are not bottom dwellers- they hop around the rocks and hang on the glass. It's also possible that your newest goby is just checking out locations- my first watchman hid in the back of the tank for months, finally moved up front- it could also be that one or more fish are showing...
I still have 3 Molly Miller blennies- not a fish that goes mia- always picking on algae, and all over the tank at feeding time- I also don't trust some crabs, but I had- maybe still have emeralds- I never see them- I would not trust pistol shrimp ever though
