I use RO/DI I put all new filter in didn't make a difference and I have 2 mp10s at full power so it wasn't flow. Since I stop doing water I have been running ATI Essentials and the results have been very good better colors, growth I'm really impressed with it.
I've always had a spot of cyano bacteria in my tank in the corner by the rock work never really spread it was always there I would use chem clean and it would go away for a little bit and come back but since I stopped doing water changes it slowly went away and hasn't come back and it's been...
Ok thanks been traget feeding reef roids but I want to try something different. I was thinking about coral frenzy or fauna Marin ultra lps grow and color. When do you feed them I usually just do it when I feed the fish but might try after the lights go out.
Looks good that's a sweet set up the only thing I would say is the gyres can be a little on the loud side. I had a 230 and you could hear it ramping up and down but they make some nice flow.
coral colors 4 pack and no3 po4 x one for $10 both for $20 never been used.
Payment method cash or trade for lps or sps coral located in Hamilton nj 08620
LEDs are good to you would need two LED fixtures maybe three depending what the shadowing is like. I'm a t5 guy so i prefer them over LEDs. There's no shadowing with T5 no adjusting color Spectrum just mount them and plug them in. But you can definitely have a successful SPS tank with LEDs.
I would go with the 425xl
