What lighting do you have that under? I does look super stressed, put it in a very dark corner or overhang with very little flow. Don't feed it for a few days. 50-75 par for right now is what you are looking for.

I had a pistol shrimp steal a red st thomas shroom for about 2 months and I randomly found it again. Just remember shrooms barely need light so it should be fine for a while.

Yes it does and it's actually kind of nice. Don't get me wrong they are expensive but work well well for what they are. I have one and love it.
