Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Friends of ours want to start a Fish Only Tank [in their failed FW tank!]. I need to keep it as simple/cheap as possible. Would a canister filter be sufficient or is a wet dry the minimum? Any other advice would be appreciated.
I've had good luck swapping out my CO2 bottle at a local Medical Supply store. It's even open on Saturday! If you have one in your area you should check them out and see if they have the swap option.
I have this brown jelly like stuff that's bent on taking out my SPS one colony at a time. I've tried dipping with Procure and running various media to no avail. Anyone have any good info/links on this stuff?
Thanks.

I was trying to work in NCPARC's Frag Swap but since the main reason for the trip is the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, looks like the Swap is out. Oh well, always next year. But on the bright side, "That Fish Place" made the agenda! YEA!!!!
HERE'S a map for anyone heading out that way next...
Curious, why dose it appear that Ph is practically inverse to ORP? It's pretty obvious on the Aqua Notes graphs.
Also, my Ozone Generator doesn't come on for days. Is it possible for Purigen to keep the ORP between 380 and 410 on it's own?
Thanks
PS...Please be gentle all knowing Chem-heads...
sometimes that's good but I don't like it on my zoos. They seem unhappy that way. Anybody know what may be causing this? Alk 4.0, Ca 440, PH 7.9 - 8.2, Avg Temp 81.7, ORP 415, what else do you need to know? Only change is the MH bulbs a week or so ago.
Thanks,
