Dont know about a parallel system, but I am currently building a linear style system that will hit 3 tanks before back to the display. As Goodair stated i would worry about even drain and return rates.

Started out doing some plumbing on the 60 frag tank and worked on the sump a bit more . Then started building the stand for the 180. Also .managed to get that filled with water and am currently leak testing it . So far so good but let's see what 5 days shows...
New system works perfect.
Made an appointment and Rose and I had the shop to ourselves. Everything is layed out perfect . Thanks John for keeping things open.

We just now started gluing the baffles into the 40 gallon breeder sump. I already drilled this for a 1" bulkhead that will act as a emergency overflow for the sump , not ever expected to be needed but more as a redundancy. Sump baffles are an acrylic Ebay kit from a seller in Florida. Nice...

sorry to hear, mine is held together with hopes and dreams also . Praying it doesnt come tumbling down some day . next tank I will be acrylic rodding the scape together so i can sleep better.
