Both carry the product but neither have the kiosk. I was interested in trying some time ago, but the testing at both places is done with API kits so Im not sure I would trust them or the person doing it. If you go on the Thrive site you can set up an account and enter your own test results...

IMO most if not all of the stores in NJ have weak points. I don't know of one AIO store that has everything you need. AO usually has a good selection of fish and corals but on the dry side not so much. Trop has nice fish usually but IMO corals are a bit overpriced. AF is probably the best stock...
