I like Larry lrs food. To me it's by far the cleanest, frozen food I have used. I also give them Reef Nutrition, Arctic Pods and ROE. The fish go nuts over it Then I toss in flakes/pellets when I'm lazy. I've never used garlic or vitamins before

If you add the phosguard, and purigen plus matrix....at the same time, that could be a bad thing too. If it were me, I'd exhaust the purigen (when it turns brown) toss that and swap out the matrix for regular carbon. Then use the phosguard. Place in your filter to get that "passive" flow.

Its hard to read the colors on the API Po4. Definitely check it again to rule out human error. Is the other kit the Nyos?
