I bought live rock from KP Aquatics and recently moved it to a frag tank cause I no longer needed it
My experience with it was that it had a lot of critters, it was cool to see, not sure if i saw any improvement

Chaeto spinning in a sump is achieved through using a powerhead to force water around the chaeto, so as it grows, it grows into a condensed ball.
Welcome to the group! I see you have a lot of nice fish in there, are they all deemed to be reef safe (won't eat/nip at corals)?

Bought this off amazon, tore it apart and took out the internals and did a swap. EB832 been running solid since then, a few years now
Have some Sunkist bounces fragged and resting in some mushroom cages.
Rather large sizes and plenty of bubbles on them.
Asking $50 for a medium and $75 for a large.

Of all the DIY things I’ve built for the reefing hobby. The Red Sea DIY kit must have the been the most frustrating, labor intensive thing I’ve done. Next time, I’ll just buy a dang lid for all the hassle and effort this thing was!
