my meter is reading 0.33 is this good. unit is only 4 months old

The camera I'm looking at has 2 lenses 1 18-55 155-200. is the 55-200 used for distance like sporing events ect. do you think its better to buy base camera with the 18-55 and then say a macro lens? I would use it for soccer games ect.

I have a 55 gal. cichled tank and thinking of converting it to salt. my thought is to divide it in half with acrylic drilled holes for water flow. on one side macro/seahorse type stuff the other half anemones with pair of clowns. what do you guys think of this?
