I finally had tme to do some more work on it . I bought a nice piece of live rock and then using acrylic rods and epoxy added onto it . I added the rock and filled it with sand . I noticed one small leak in undersand plumbing which I will be fixing today . It still needs to cycle a little longer...

I dont know if it can be because of the skimmer but I would keep an eye on water params without your skimmer running . It might be alright for a while but be careful nutrients are not building up on you .
