Ok. Doesn't appear to be cyano. Looks almost like diatoms. Almost looks like dead spots. This might be asking a lot but can you post a video of some fish food floating around your tank so we can see how much flow is going on.

Cyano ? Do you have enough flow ? I'm not totally convinced cyano is caused by high phosphates

Don't let it zero out. What problem are you trying to solve here ?

Its total dissolved solids. It's a mystery. That could be dissolved phosphates, dissolved calcium, dissolved chlorine dissolved grahm crackers, dissolved ice cream. Anything.
