Get one of those nylon hose clamps and put it right at that spot. It will squeeze in the ends and bring it back to round.
But really if that's silicone tube you probably won't see the kink after pressurized

The kink should disappear once you get water flowing. The pressure should spread it out.

I agree with reefcleaners as well.
My only issue with them is the Dwarf Ceriths. They get into powerheads and mess things up. I knew they did, had an issue with them before, but forgot to withhold them again. Now everyday I pull them from my mp40's.
