Here's an example of one that just signed up http://www.njreefers.org/members/gary-guire.25529/ They usually are females 20-27 years old from Ny. I know they more than likely actually aren't but that's what most sign up as. @njtiger24 aquariums

Once a week I look through the "new members" many times they are spammers that got through and just have links in their profile info. I think I deleted about 6-8 this morning.

James. It looks like we had 18 blocked registrations and 1 spammer that got through. I just banned them.

James I say try it. And I also agree with ed especially if there's more upgrades we need.

The struggle is real!!!

I can see both sides to this. I do my best keeping up with it but I can't be on all day and night. I think all options need to be looked at before a decision is made. Maybe the spam scanner (or whatever) it is can be upgraded or the criteria made stricter?

The issue I see is that there are roughly 50-60 people signing up with about 1/2 getting through and spamming. How will we know who is a "real" member. Seeming like it would take more time to me.

Hey everyone. We are looking to start a committee to focus on enhancing the club and website. So far ideas have been opening sales forums, using social media more and others. @Mark_C will be spearheading this and maybe he can chime in to explain more. We are looking for some volunteers to help...
