After I caught up with the water a little more

I was 15 gallons short o_O I had to rush out to the market and get distilled water and make an emergency batch of water

Yeah pretty cool fish I noticed this fish is more active when I’m not in front of the glass

So after a little while I put in a neon Kenya I believe that’s it or nepthea but I’m going to say kenya also picked up a tailspot blenny This little guy started to get more active today and eat up some algae on the walls

The final location

So I did up beefing the silicon up more I got live sand picked up some mangroves I got tank water and rocks from @ThatPhillyReefer Now I’m gonna let the tank do its thing and check for ammonia in a week

One of my worries yes I may even reinforce with more silicon just incase on that one side

Worked amazing I think when I build the bigger tank in the fall I will use the cutter to build the sump

Thank you! So petco was doing a deal on open glass tanks I got it for 20 dollars for a 5 gallon tank

So I tried to cut the glass using a drill bit but that did not work so I had a tile cutter laying around and I used that and worked perfectly. After cutting the glass I was able to glue it with aquarium silicon to prep for the sand.
