I have a minimag LED flashlight, its pretty focused. I spend the day walking around the tank illuminating each coral for 20-30 minutes at a time. Arms are tired and growth sucks, but I have lost 15 pounds.

No, they're pretty chill. You may find clusters of 2-3 in a few places, in an SPS tank with dosing some can grow a bit (like half the diameter of a pencil), but they're by no means a pest in a display like xenia, yellow palys, gsp, etc...
