i have a ups with a mj modded, and two of those air pump that work when the power go off, and now i have a big generator that i bough last year when i had the fire, but personally i think if is just for 1 hour or less the ups with a pump for circulation and the battery operate air pump will be...

what is your water parameters, and what is the turnover inside your tank???, i think thats what you have to worry about it, with the light you have I'm sure you can keep about pretty much everything you want, just have to make sure to put it under the light and not in the shade area. Gabriel

I think that to keep sps, is more about water quality, and water turnover, you can have some low light sps, but if you lack one of those two more likely the sps will die, i know for first hand experience :-[ Gabe

i used tropic marin pro for a few months and personally i dont think is worth that much money, i use reef crystals and my tank looks the same if not better Gabriel
