Last thing I need is nano #5.
If no one snags it by Sat I may take it, going to be up in Clifton area Saturday morning.
What happened with the Red Sea?
Think of specific needs, design, design again, redesign, then get some acrylic, a scoring knife, and a tube of silicone.
You get a superior personalized sump for a fraction of the cost of a generic manufactured (let alone something with such a specific build).
Here's the plans for one I built...
Alk and Ca if something looks off with the tank (last I tested was about 3 mos ago, all was well).
Salinity if I've added anything that's messed with the water level (though I'll check it bimontly or so anyway during a water change).
Also have a Weber steak thermometer I stick in the tanks if it...
I gotta stick by the Tunze NanoStream 6040s, though they list at $140 you can find them new if you dig about the net for $100-$110.
I've got one in the IM dropoff, had it set at 10% pulse, but it seemed too much. Switched it to wave mode and it works fantastic, though I cant run it above 15%...

When I've done this in the past I've turned off everything and used a 1/8" or 1/4" siphon tube to suck out the substrate.
I continue till all...

Big, old, stable tanks are recommended and even then they don't take to many. Mark (MadReefer) is one of the few people I know who's managed to keep one alive for over a...
From before I set up my 1st tank I wanted a Mandarin (fish).
Never owned one as I was worried about it starving to death after it ate all the pods in the tank.
Also never considered feeding them worms.
I have lots of worms, black, white, intestinal, conqueror, etc...
Received an email earlier...
