George, I'm concerned as I view your signature. It appears that a 0% water level and a 0ppt salinity may indicate that your tank, in fact, has no water in it. If you have concerns regarding dry, immobile livestock, this might be suspect. Perhaps this unit may have use. ;) M

I did get some reasonable sounding advice about Peppermint shrimp. Get one or two peppermint shrimp, a small rock with aptasia, a plastic 'cage' (like a berry container or such). Place rock on sandbed. Cover rock with cage. Place shrimp in Thunderdome. Eventually shrimp will eat the aptasia...

Wow. That looks fantastic if its accurate. Only concern I would have would be that $500-$600 a year on replacement discs. Up to $50 a month seems a bit expensive to support an unproven $500 product.

Avoid the Coralife like the plague. Had one, broke, customer service was excellent, replacement one broke. I'm using a reef octopus classic 110 (internal) for a 65g, works fantastic. Edit: just saw you solved the problem, grats :)

Not a bad haul, figure its about $1000 of plexi. Got the lot for $150. This stuff is nice and thick and in great shape.

Agreed. Tropiquarium ;) is a great place for a tank/stand buy if you're looking to buy new. Been in there a few times where I've been tempted to purchase a tank/stand just because of the price.

Returned from work, no deaths today, some corals appear to be opening up again. Another 10g WC tomorrow AM, maybe one Sunday PM, and hopefully back on track. Thanks all for the help and advice.
