I need a HOB filter to put my GFO mesh bag in. Some reason when I switched tanks and cleaned up the one I had it started leaking slowly. Tried every way to stop it but no good.
SO in my effortless pursuit to find the epoxy I found other stuff but not sure if they are still good. Can anyone advise.
Revive - opened and stored in the attic for about 4 years
Kalkwasser - opened and stored in attic for about 4 years
GFO - stored in he house, not attic
Thanks
After the move some LR left over for whomever needs it. Four nice size pieces in bucket of water. Please bring another bucket.
Also, left over sand. It has been rinsed with tap water donot live. Not much but enough for a refugium or fill in DT.

Went to the American Reef & Reptile Expo today. Very nice and people were pleasant. Picked up Octo Frogspawn and Clove polyp frags. Also. Picked up a bearded dragon for a friend.
With the move to my new it was brought to my attention that for a saltwater tank most of the fish are brown. So giving away a large Starry Blenny. Hopefully, I can catch it this weekend.
It seems that mixing salt in the tank is taking longer than I expected. Never had this issue before but now I do. The temp is about 78 and I have 4 pumps in the tank to mix the salt. The SG is about 1.017 and my current tank is at 1.020. Is there anything I can do to get the salt to mix faster...
I am posting here as they are free to paid members only. Mikem was gracious enough to give them to me and promised I would give to a paid member if I don't use them. With my 72g upgrade decide to go back to my T5 setup after much back and forth. Will be available next week. Blue and white...
Finally painted the room this weekend and touched up the 72 bow Marcus gave me. So will be switching over this week. I went a bit mad. Since my tank was on laminate floor I was able to slide it forward so the 72g can be placed behind it. This will make the move simple, I hope.
Anyone know of a plumber in Keyport area? My shower faucet is leaking bad. Took a look and the cartridge has a clip which is br,oke. I was told at Lowes i have to replace the cartridge but cannot figure out how it comes out. The broken clip was easy to remove and think other part of clip is...
All,
I have decide to sell my Sail Fin Tang which is about 3 inches. He is to aggressive in the small tank I have.
I am upgrading to a larger tank but that will be a few weeks before its ready. I don't want it to die as I moved it a very small tank for now to give my other fish some peace.
I am taking down my indoor tortoise pen. I used plywood to frame it and tarp on the inside so wood is clean.
I have a full sheet 4x8, 2 pieces 2x8 and 2 pieces 2x4. If nobody wants them they will be trashed.
I am having trouble keeping the front glass clear of algae. It's a 45g bow front and I have the scraper which holds a straight edge razor blade but still not very effective. Any suggestions appreciated.
I have this situation with my furnace that it tries to light but goes out and constantly does this. The only way I have been able to correct this is by shutting it off for 10 or 15 minutes and leaving the cover with airflow off. Once I start it up works fine and then a few hours later I can put...
I still have the Coralife 125 super skimmer. Needs a very good cleaning and pump.
Also, 55g tank with metal stand. The top brace is broken on the tank.
